How do you cooperate with other APs?
“Cooperation is key. [The APs] meet on at least a weekly basis to discuss the state of the campus.”

What’s one goal you have before the end of the year?
“Gosh, my biggest one right now is to learn all my teachers names. It’s hard being new campus, especially when there are so many teachers.”

What’s your favorite part about being an AP?
“My calling (what got me into administration) was I loved teaching. I was really good at it. I want to help new teachers become better teachers themselves. So that’s my favorite part, working with teachers to grow.”
