5. Complete disregard for his own health.

The Joker does plenty of reckless things obviously, but he does some of the stupidest things possible in The Dark Knight. He blew up a hospital while he was still in it. Now the Joker may be an agent of chaos as he says, but if the ceiling of that hospital would have fallen on his head he would be a dead agent of chaos.

Now imagine that slab of rock is on his head.

4. Having strange ways of showing excitement.

The Joker’s clearly not normal and that’s why we love him, but there are things the Joker does that are strange even for him. For example after the Joker’s whole “hit me” scene Batman had been knocked out by his unnecessary crash to the ground. As he lies on the ground the Jokers walking towards Batman excited that he gets to unmask him. One of his men reaches down to take off the mask and recieves a gargantuan electric shock. The Joker laughs at this, jumps on the guy and makes weird noises over him, because hes excited.

As you can see Batman makes a perfect obstacle to kick flip over.

3. Compulsive Liar.

The Joker can never get a story straight. The most obvious example would be his scar story. The story changed every time he told it. From his abusive, crazy and maniac of a father doing it to the Joker mutilating himself trying to make his wife feel better about herself. No matter what the real story was the Jokers completely off the wagon and no story will make people feel bad for him.

That’s the face of a man we can trust.

2. Finding stupid things extremely funny.

The Joker’s pretty much a combination of Bugs Bunny and Stephen King’s IT. He finds the strangest things funny. From Batman punching him in the face to burning millions of dollars. The Joker happens to be one of those people who makes puns that are so stupid that they are funny. Okay. Why lie? He’s hilarious.

The Joker thought it would be a good idea to detonate a bomb while he was still in the building again. This was my favorite part in the movie because when the bomb was detonated everyone died in the explosion except for the Joker who magically was unharmed.

He teaches wizardry at Hogwarts as a side job.
