The Oscars have been around for 84 years now. They are the highest award an actor can receive for their performance, and the awards honor the best actors and movies of the year. Unfortunately, I know who I want to win, but I know who will more than likely win. Some frustrate me, but people will see that later in the story.Best Performance by an Actress in a supporting role:Who I want to win:Melissa McCarthy. For the simple reason that she’s utterly hilarious.
Who will probably win:
Octavia Spencer will probably walk away with the award for best supporting actress. She did a fantastic job acting in a movie that handles racism. She honestly deserves the award.

Nick Nolte deserves it more than any other person on the nomination list. Warrior was one of the most realistic and powerful movies I have ever seen, and Nick Nolte blew me away. He did the best job acting wise that I have ever seen him do.
Who will probably win:
I really believe that Nick Nolte will win this one. It was the best performance of his life, and he out did everyone else in the category.
Best Animated feature film of the year:
Who I want to win:
Rango was one of the most entertaining animated movies I have ever seen, and Johnny Depp as a lizard was awesome.
Who will probably win:
I have no idea. If only Meryl Streep was in Rango then I would be sure, or would I?
Best Performance by an Actress in a leading role:
Who I want to Win:
My answer’s very simple and straight forward. I want it to be Meryl Streep. Streep has been nominated for 16 Oscars (including this one). She has won best actress once, and best supporting actress once. In The Iron Lady she portrays Margaret Thatcher and she did an excellent job. Meryl Streep never ceases to amaze me when she acts. I also have a soft spot for her she is just such a pleasant looking woman.
Who will probably win:
Either Meryl Streep or Viola Davis. Obviously, I favor Streep, but Davis was the star of The Help and she might give Streep a run for her money.

I can only assume people think I want Brad Pitt to win, but that’s false. I really like Brad Pitt and he’s a fantastic actor, but he gets surpassed when it comes to Gary Oldman.
Gary Oldman has been an under rated actor for an extremely long time, but the man has talent. He proved that in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
Who will probably win:
I talked in the lead of this story that there was something that will frustrate me. Jean Dujardan and The Artist have been frustrating me. Jean will win the Oscar with no doubt in my mind, but it’s because The Artist was Oscar bait. A movie made just to win Oscars. The pivotal way it does this was that the entire movie was filmed in black and white. To bring back the way movies used to be.
I refuse to do a Best Motion Picture of the year category, because The Artist will win it no matter what.
Now I’m upset. I need something in this story to cheer me up. Maybe a picture of Drake as Batman?
