Top 9 Date Spots in Fort Worth

Top+9+Date+Spots+in+Fort+Worth+

When you’re looking for a break from the regular Mansfield restaurants, I recommend you utilize the amazing city that is only 20 minutes away. Fort Worth is an active city full of awesome food a attractions. In no particular order, here are ten places to take the person you’re interested in.

1. The Modern Museum of Art
This museum has a different vibe than the paintings of old monarchs people would see in other museums. After a quick look at the exhibits, the cafe should be the next stop. It’s a good place to go on Sundays because of the brunch. It overlooks a big pond and lets in a lot of natural light, creating a cool atmosphere.

2. Rodeo Goat
Rodeo Goat isn’t usually a first date kind of spot because it’s really relaxed and a little different. Best burger I’ve ever had, very unique food and a relaxed atmosphere. The coolest part is probably the patio area.

3. The Food Truck Park near Montgomery Plaza
Also a more casual date with a lot of variety. It’s easy to go with the flow with this one because they have everything from vegan to barbecue here. It’s basically a row of 20 picnic-style tables, and they have different trucks every day.

4. Brewed
Brewed is one of the newest locations in Fort Worth. It’s unique in that it’s a coffeehouse, a diner and a bar. This coffee is more traditional than Starbucks in that it’s not chock full of sugar. They’ve got great food at affordable prices.

5. Blue Sushi
Blue Sushi is a modern, more upscale sushi joint on west seventh with unique entrees. They’ve got this bar called the Sake Bomber. It’s under a huge aircraft wing and has a huge selection of sake.

6. Coyote Drive-in
A new drive in movie theater close to downtown. It’s a good break from a regular movie theater experience. Drive in dates are pretty straightforward, but it’s really just nice that we have one that is closer than Euless.

7. Cooking classes at Central Market
For this one, you and your friend are partners in a big group of people. The food you make varies weekly. They have all the ingredients ready, so all you have to do is follow directions. It’s a cool place to take someone if you’re really into them.

8. Botanical gardens
This one isn’t specifically for me, but to change up this list from places you can get food. You can come look at flowers, hold hands with your lover, and walk into the sunset.

9. Movie Tavern
This is on West Seventh and it’s one of the newest movie taverns. This is really the only movie tavern with cinema quality sound and picture and high quality food. It’s like studio movie grill’s cousin.
