Chewing gum may be often represented by a ditzy cheerleader chewing and popping her pink bubble gum in the back of class. Now it is replaced by a high-waisted, glasses wearing nerd that aces all his tests.
Recent experiments directed by Wrigley’s Gum show students who chew gum while doing homework or tests projected a better average than students who don’t. The scores went up 3%. It seems scantly but considering that it went up by merely chewing gum it is a noteworthy result.
The act of chewing gum increases cerebral flow, which helps with retaining knowledge, concentrating, and being alert, all the things needed to excel in school. Since excelling school is important (hopefully), more students ought to chew gum, grades will expectantly increase, at the very least, and students will have minty fresh breaths. This indeed makes parents and teachers happy, their kids are getting better grades. While the student’s significant other will greatly appreciate the change as well.
No longer will the chewing of gum put a damper on one’s intellect, but in fact accentuate it. The nerd needs to take a less from the cheerleader for once, not the other way around.

Thats great just dont abuse the privilege and maybe we can start snacking in class too to increase our grades. =] And what does this girl mean by gum makes some people throw up? Again dont abuse it by smacking your gum and putting it under the desk hopefully we can prove other things to increase scores. Who knows maybe those sonic drinks or cookies they sell at the school can increase mine and others scores!

Gum can be gross though if you play with it on your finger.
And it’s nasty anyways because it disolves in your mouth.
I think it’s a very good idea but if you think about the longterm effects it isn’t so good.
Gum under desks
Nasty Chewing habits
Not to mention the thought of chewing gum makes some people throw up!

Imagine all the gum placed under desks if everyone started to chew gum in school to raise their grades. Ewww.
