Digging his spikes into the disheveled dirt Lance Cockfield looks up into the enemy’s eyes with his weapon hovering right above his shoulder. The baseball flies from the pitcher’s hand straight towards him. The bat swoops from his shoulder and collides with the ball. In a split second the ball changes course and shoots towards the opponent.
What are some of you hobbies?
“I like to play baseball and basketball and just hang out with friends. I think I am pretty good at it [basketball] and I like playing on a team. Baseball has been my sport most of my life ever since I was little.”
What is the most important thing to you?
“School-work.”
What do you spend most of your time doing?
“Going outside and playing games. I love hanging outside with my family and having fun.”
Who is most important to you?
“My mom and my dad because they support me in everything that I do.”
What kind of music do you like?
“I like rap. I don’t have a favorite artist right now.”
