Carson Ingle

Carson Ingle poses in front of the camera as the photographer snaps the photo. As he stands shirtless he decides he no longer wants to be the youngest Abercrombie model, he wants to move into a more successful career.

Along with modeling, Ingle also acts, writes, films and is the C.E.O. of his own company; Crystal Mountain Studios. To further his entertainment career, Ingle left second semester to act in a television show, Carter’s Crew: Undercover.

“My main drive in life is to change the entertainment industry,” Ingle said. “It’s a dark world and I’m bringing light into it.”

Carter’s Crew: Undercover combines an action-adventure plot with a main focus on providing positive faith based entertainment for children and adults. In the show, Ingle plays the main character, Carter.

“I want to show the youth of this generation that a Christian person can be ‘cool’ in the entertainment business,” Ingle said.

Along with the television series Ingle will also act as a lead role in a movie, War of Choice. His character, Reed 1000, plays a member of the Resistance against an established city in a different world. Ingle admits that balancing his schedule between the two acting careers will be tough, but he has to leave it up to the producers to be cooperative and schedule around one another.

“Since I was little I’ve always wanted to be on stage,” Ingle said. “This led me to the film career.”

Ingle first found interest in acting when he was younger and his mother was in charge of the church plays. After multiple attempts to have a role in a play Ingle’s mother reluctantly allowed him to walk across the stage.

“She put me on the stage once and I was hooked,” Ingle said.

Throughout his modeling career Ingle has been on a billboard in Dallas, the cover of a music album, an HEB advertisement, an air force advertisement, the Carter Crew promotion model and has also trained models.

“It has been interesting being busy and seeing what all is happening [this] semester,” Ingle said.

Ingle’s company, LC Productions, created demo CD’s and videos for events such as Pink Fest. Ingle won best film producer at the Phoenix Christian Film Festival for his first movie ‘The Bigger Picture’.

“I want to act to be a role model,” Ingle said. “I want to produce to be able to give to the people.”

Ingle knows that while he is away filiming his family will support him and are proud of him.

“They love my goals and they support me all the way,” Ingle said.
