In my previous blog I compared Legacy Quarterback Kennedy Jones to the Atlanta Falcons’ Quarterback Matt Ryan. Simply because Jones, like Ryan, has completely turned a team that had been desolate a year before, into a powerhouse that has a shot at making the playoffs.
Excuse me Kennedy for calling you Matt Ryan isn’t enough. Kennedy is a Matt Ryan, a Peyton Manning, a Donovan McNabb, and a Drew Brees altogether. Kennedy is a stand out player in my mind. I doubted his talent at the beginning of the year, but as time progressed, I saw a very structured man at the quarterback position.
Jones has all the attributes of a good quarterback. He is very mobile. During the season, Jones has escaped pressure countless times and has either run for a big play or thrown a completion on the run.
Jones also has a very strong arm. Sometimes he throws it so hard that his receivers can’t even catch it. Jones’ throw power makes it hard for defenders to get to the ball and make an interception. Along with a cannon arm, Jones adds accuracy to his throws. I have seen this guy get it between guys, and over guys, while still getting it to his receivers.
The greatest asset I believe Jones possesses is his smarts at the quarterback position. You’ll rarely see this guy throw into coverage. He looks off defenders well with his eyes, and doesn’t lock on to just one receiver on a play. He has a knack for being able to juke and trick defenders on the run and has an accurate arm on the run.
Jones has matured into one of the best high school quarterbacks in the district and I believe his play will have a huge impact on whether we make the playoffs and how we’ll do once we’re there.

Haha because Tom Brady doesn’t have a main attribute. i picked McNabb for his strong arm, Manning for his smarts, and Brees for accuracy. I would have liked to get Brady and even Romo in there but couldnt.

You should include Jeff Garcia.

how dare you include Donovan McNabb in that list of good quarterbacks and not Tom Brady?
