Student Council and Teen Leadership students sells pink fest shirts in the choice of pink or black for the price of ten dollars. The deadline for all the pre-ordered shirts will be do this Friday. Students who couldn’t come across a member that sells shirts and wants to purchase a shirt can come to Mrs. Schimming’s room outside the cafeteria.
“I’m always inspired to see the number of participation increase,” Mrs.Schimming said. “We seem to have a tremendous number of students participating this year.”
The goal is to raise $45,000 for the breast cancer research. Money collected from the shirts will benefit the Moncrief Cancer Resource center. Dates of the upcoming breast cancer events will be on www.wix.com/schimmy/pinkfest.
