Students who want to take part in this year’s See You at the Poll can meet in front of the school by the flag poles tomorrow at 6:30 a.m.. Senior Olivia Hebert is organizing the event this year.
“I’ve done it since freshman year,” Hebert said. “The first time I went I thought it was the coolest thing.”
See You at the Poll is a student led global Christian event that began in Burleson and occurs annually on the fourth Wednesday of September. More than three million people are expected to pray together in order to ask God to bring moral and spiritual awakening to their schools during this global phenomenon.
“People will get together to pray for our nation,” Hebert said.
