Legacy Principal Shelly Butler will be hosting a Q&A session with students, staff, and parents on Feb. 12. Dr. Butler hopes the conversation will get everyone on the same page about administration at Legacy.
“Hopefully we will clear up some fallacies or rumors,” Dr. Butler said. “Because I plan on being here a while.”
The live Internet chat will be hosted on therideronline.com starting at 6:30 p.m. All members of the community are welcome to participate in what Dr. Butler hopes will be a fun exchange.
“I’m sure I’ll get some wild and crazy questions,” Dr. Butler said. “But I hope to have fun with it.”
Dr. Butler’s goal is to keep trust amongst the staff at Legacy and hopes the live chat will be a good way of maintaining it.
“Trust is important in any relationship,” Dr. Butler said. “And I want the teachers to be able to trust me.”
