New features: The first Guild Wars brought a dynamic world to life with its innovative instancing system and grand questing opportunities. The sequel implements concepts from the previous game and improves fluidity of animation and game mechanics. Players have several customization options having five races to choose from and near limitless body figures. GW2 offers an interactive story for players to adventure through. Professions and races will affect the outcome of the personal stories, and will vary from to person to person. Each player encounters a unique experience depending on their choices. Players must pay attention to the ever-changing world around them to survive and conquer any challenges they encounter. Mists of Pandaria (World of Warcraft expansion):
Synopsis: After the defeat of the Deathwing at the Maelstrom, Azeroth was saved from destruction only to become entangled in another struggle against evil. The center of conflict is now located in the continent of Pandaria, home to the isolated and mysterious Pandarens. Factions once obscured have risen to power threatening the mortal races of the known world. Facing an uncertain future, Pandarens must choose an allegiance to either the Alliance or Horde to ensure their survival.

New features: The upcoming expansion will be geared toward options other than raiding and player-vs-player (PvP) to appease the casual crowd. Blizzard’s new direction for WoW will diversify the game more than any of the previous expansions. MoP will enable players to capture various animal species and raise them to duel other player owned pets. In addition to the pet battling systems, MoP will introduce a new continent, raids, dungeons and a new Monk class. Straying away from the medieval European theme from previous expansions, MoP portrays more Asian culture. The continent of Pandaria will include regions for players 85-90, with an area dedicated to the level cap of 90. Talent systems have been completely renovated for the new content.

Diablo III:
Synopsis: Twenty years after the events of Diablo II, a new generation of heroes must rise up to the challenge of saving the world of Sanctuary from darkness that threatens to destroy it. Two lesser evils, Azmodan and Belial, pose an imminent threat to the survival of humanity. The battle between light and darkness has never been more climactic.

New features: Diablo 3 retains the dark and gloomy atmosphere of its predecessors to create a horrifying but fascinating experience for every player. There are five classes available to choose from, each one possessing unique combat styles. The barbarian is the only true returning character from the previous games and uses brute strength to demolish any opposing foe. The witch doctor has similar characteristics to the iconic necromancers with the power to control minions and curse their enemies. The wizard risks channeling chaotic arcane magic in order to obliterate any obstacle that stands in the way. Demon hunters fight with deadly explosions, crippling poisons and an unrelenting barrage of arrows. Monks use melee weapons and holy spirits to send demons back to the burning depths of hell. Diablo 3 provides versatile classes and appeals to almost any type of player. Followers can assist the player in battle, and artisans provide craftsmanship to create weapons and armor for player to use.
