“Parents can drop off their kids and go Christmas shopping, or just have some well-deserved time to themselves,” Erica Johnson, 12, Art Club Secretary said. “We will be making Christmas ornaments, cards and decorations that are fun and easy for kids as well as listening to Christmas music all day.”
The cut off date for tickets is Wednesday, December 15 in order for them to get a count of how many supplies organizers will need.
“We would allow walk-in the morning of the camp, but it would be too chaotic,” Mr. Mason, the Art Club sponsor said. “We have to have a certain number of supplies for a certain number of kids, and we can’t just guess to as how many kids will show up.”
Art Club students think it will be worth the money and the time.
“I think it’s going to be a great activity; Christmas music and crafts plus kids equals a fun time,” Johnson said.
