Chick-fil-A will be providing free coffee throughout the month of February, no purchase needed and no limitations.
When Chick-fil-A found their coffee sales lacking, the company decided something must be done. Chick-fil-A commissioned a new coffee provider, THRIVE FARMERS, who sells Specialty Grade Coffee. The company allows small farmers from around the world to cut out the middle man, selling their coffee beans directly to businesses and not large corporations. To promote Chick-fil-A’s new coffee, they created their one month long program giving iced and hot coffee to customers for free.
“I think it’s a good promotion because Chick-fil-A knows they have a good product that will get people to buy it again after they taste it,” Chick-fil-A manager and senior Daniel Drzycimski said. “It’s just a way to get the taste out there .”
Chick-fil-A customer Benjamin Speigner, 10, feels delighted about receiving free coffee for a whole month.
“I think free coffee is rad because they still make a profit and it’s a nice gesture,” Speigner said. “I’m not big on iced coffee, but I can’t complain since it was free, after all.”
