Catch up on Castle

So, this week the new season of Castle started, but I’ve heard that no one else has heard of it. Castle is like CSI, with a lot more to offer.  It’s about drama author, Richard Castle, who by chance gets to work with Detective Kate Beckett over a murder investigation. The murder they are investigating was a mirror of a murder in his book. Bored with his own life, he decides to write a book about the detective, following her every move until he’s finished.

To me, the show is an obsession from beginning to end. I don’t miss a show, and when I have to, it’s recorded on my DVR. After first seeing Castle, I wanted to be a forensic journalist and write about detective work. Richard Castle is practically what any girl would want in a guy, and I love that about him. As for Beckett, the more she resists, the more she’s interested in Castle, which a lot of the time is the same for other girls. His success is something I’d really like in my own life eventually, so it’s easy to relate. He has a unique insight on the murder investigations, making them seem pretty easy to figure out.

Castle has a witty, sarcastic outlook on everything that’s irresistible to anyone. His family is quirky and very entertaining. His crush on Beckett is almost alluring. Lastly, the show leaves you laughing the entire hour.

It’s a great show! It really doesn’t get the representation it deserves.

Haven’t heard of it, either. If only I had the time to keep up with television… don’t even have the time to play games anymore :[
