Designs for the senior shirt are due Friday, September 25.

Senior Gabby Taylor draws up a design for the senior shirt, a shirt that signifies her last year at Legacy. For her, the senior shirt is one of the most important shirts sold throughout the year and it shows the hidden symbols of the senior class.

“To me, senior shirts signify the journey we’ve been through together throughout high school,” Taylor said. “It makes the senior picture look awesome.”

This year, the senior class of Student Council is allowing the student body to design the shirts. Senior students can use www.customink.com to make their design or they can simply draw it on a piece of paper. The actual color of the shirt will be red, white or black, so make considerations for this. Designs for the senior shirt are due Friday, September 25. Turn in your designs to Mrs. Gresham, the senior class sponsor, in S203.

Baron Kane, Student Council senior, will be one of the students who helps sort through the designs after the deadline on Friday.

“By allowing the seniors to design their own shirt, they have the chance to be more involved in the decision making process.” Kane said. “I hope that we get a lot of shirt designs in. The more designs we get the more ideas we can put into the shirt.”
